I just started using road runner and set up my email at outlook express. Every time I go to Outlook it freezes when it starts to load. Any help would be appreciated.

You didn't say what version of Outlook Express you have and what operating system you are using.

Is outlook "frozen" or did you enter the wrong server info? If the server info is incorrect, the program will hang trying to access the ISP and then timeout, but not be "frozen".

It was my servers problem. They got it fixed. Thanks
