posted on March 20, 2002 02:51:23 PM new Jerome Heckenkamp, charged with hacking into eBay and half a dozen other companies, made a court appearance in San Jose, CA today.
During his appearance (he's presently representing himself), he "demanded to know whom the prosecution represented." Judge James Ware informed him that assistant U.S. attorney Ross Nadel represented the state. Hackenkamp then complained that Nadel hadn't brought his client with him.
