HAHAHHHHA. NOBODY TOLD ME,, THIIIIIIS, IS REALLY THE PLACE TO VOICE WHATEVERS. Yep, that is it, Jack. Is it possible for you to drag your mouse (while holding down the left button) over the email text you want to post? If so, do that, then hit the "Ctrl" key and the "c" key. This will "save" the text you want to post. Then (without saving anything else in between manoeuvers) get yourself to the "reply" window of the thread you wish to post to and hit the "Ctrl" key and the "v" key. Your text should show up.
If that doesn't work for you, you're welcome to email me the text you want to post (I imagine you could just "forward" it) and I'll copy/paste it for you.
