Do you mean because of what we type here or just in general?
I attended a few anti-war rallies in the late 1960's early 70's so I suppose they might have a file on me. I know for a fact the IRS does. Do I care? Depends on what they do with it. I'm just not that interesting anymore nor am I a "subversive" so I would think any file on me would bore them to tears.

I am sure the FBI and the SS and probably the NSA all have a folder on me and the only reason I would worry is the continual erosion of due process. I am not committing any crimes, but when it becomes here like so many other countries where it is a crime to notice they are lying to you, or have issues with how things are done there will be a lot of people needing rounded up.
When the Homeland Defenders come in the middle of the night for people we'll be treated like the foreigners rounded up after 9/11. No bail no hurry no defense no public scrutiny. I have enough health problems I will be no fun to interrogate. Hard to abuse someone that just faints on you easily. I will probably die from being hooded or shackled in a position I can't breath first week anyway. Comes to a question of do you allow them to arrest you or take an honor guard to hell with you while you can?

Well, the FBI has had my fingerprints since I was a kid and like rawbunzel, I attended anti-war rallies in the '60s and '70s. So I suppose they could have a file. Don't underestimate what rogue agents might do - aquaintances in the intelligence agencies have had their buddies offer to "take care of problems" even when those problems are between neighbors and have nothing to do with state secrets.

I have had offers from motorcycle gang members to take care of problems but I never took them up on it. They are so used to being treated crappy they are really gratefull to anyone who treats them without predjudice.
