Who? The protestors - krs - or the paper?
You are so sure your thinking is Right that you don't even bother to explain these interjections anymore. We are not mind readers.
There are demonstrators both PRO and ANTI Administration so you should find a home somewhere.
But silly me I am assuming you read it before you reacted. No need.

We must have to be clairavoyant (I spelt it wrong: he may correct me) if we are to understand this. Oh yeah, only we evil ones can do that.

It will be a volatile mixture in Washington DC today. In addition to anti war protesters there will be pro war Bush supporters along with the Metropolitan Police Dept.
On this weekend's demonstrations...Metropolitan Police Department Officer Timothy Finnegan stated.
"Who knows what will happen? But once again we have to worry about police brutality complaints. It seems like it is okay for those idiots who cause the trouble to spit, kick, hit, throw urine and feces or even worse a Molotov cocktail on police officers."
A good description of the climate in which this march is taking place may be found here.

I feel for those guys down there. There is a wonderful book: "I Love a Cop" by Ellen Kirschman, that all cities should spring for and supply to families of PO's. Might make their lives a teeny bit easier, on the home-front anyway.

All meant for plsmith - I can't even figure out from that vomit post who it is meant to insult.
Kind of pointless to spray all that venom if you can't even tell who is being flamed.

Thanks for posting that KRS. HOwever, anyone who disagrees with Bush and Bush Oil and thier media mouthpieces is seen as a Wacko! America WANTS to be put under the bootheel of the GOP and the Corporate Fascists. The DON'T want to think for themselves -- that's just too damned difficult for them. They just want to deal with their own woes. That many of their woes are caused BY the Corporate Fascists and their media mouthpieces telling them what to do never occurs to them. That if they bothered to take a moment to see through the B.S. and identify those who are really dishing out the crap to them, then they might not lead syuch pathetic lives. No, they'd rather have an Elite lord it over them, telling them what to do, how to think, where to go, what to buy, to eat, to drink, when to sh*t, and all that. And WE should be out there trying to save THEM??? Piss'on'm! Piss on Americans for being so lazy that they'd rather live in a fascist world! Piss on Americans for not giving a damn about anything but what to buy to impress the other impressionables! Down the Revolution -- if this is HELL, then THEY BELONG HERE!!
As for me, I'm buying a small island somewhere out in international waters and hiring mercs to police the beaches from freeloaders.

Please send me an application.
Wait--then you'd be a King. The freeloaders--the non-rich.

I know. >>SIGH<< Sometimes, when you're fighting the Good Fight and trying to help those poor unfortunates stuck in the mud you get dispondant when they keep spitting on you and biting on your ass for trying to help them. Sorta like the wild animals caught in a trap and when you go to help free them from it, they lash out at you in their fear of change. It's hard, sometimes, to keep focused on the Big Picture; i.e. "We must indeed all hang together, or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately." while you're getting your butt kicked from BOTH sides.

I had a friend who was very into metaphysics. He would use the concept of *consciousness*. E.g. if the consciousness-level of a people on a thinnly-populated island, say, was depressed/deprived/conflict-ridden as opposed to abundant/joyous/peaceful, that unless they changed their consciousness, you could distribute a billion dollars evenly amongst them, and things would remain the same.
That being said. I'd still accept an application. I'm not going to see Peace on Earth in my lifetime. I wonder how many live wars are going on at this moment. There's Africa, Sudan, Phillipines...

I've got access to the equipment. Rat-a-tat-a-tattatatatattat-tat-tat-tat.
Don't ask.
Not to mention I got the equipment, baby. In spirit anyway.
I doubt Borillar has the means to buy an island. People who can buy islands generally don't whelp about the widening gap between the rich and the poor.
