So are you hip, are you with it man? Did you at least call your Mom and wish her a happy Mothers Day? Otherwise what did you do with your Mom today.
I called my Mom about 10:00 this AM and wished her a happy Mothers Day. She said I was the last one of 8 kids to call her. We talked for about 20 minutes. She said that my brother had invited her to the movies with his family and were going to brunch later.

My mom is dead but I thought of her today.
I have never been to her grave. That bugs my Aunt which is reason enough right there to continue. My Aunt is one of those people that can never believe she is dead if she does not go to a grave and see the headstone. I know and believe without the visual aids and know she is not really there in any sense anyway so why go?
