Just in case you think that the courts here are the only ones that rule strangely - Here is a fellow in England that was being burgurized by three fellows in his remote farm house. He shot one and killed him and was convicted of murder and sentanced to life. His conviction was changed to manslaughter after a public outcry but he will not be allowed release because the police CAN NOT GUARENTEE HIS SAFETY. Well we already saw that! So he has to stay locked up to protect the criminals and their families who have vowed to kill him.
The 16 year old who he killed had 29 convictions including assault on a policeman.
Between the three the trio burgling him had over a hundred convictions but were free to roam the contry-side. They say he is still as "unstable" as ever. Doesn't he understand he is supposed to be a victem? Poor sod.

So I'm at a table this afternoon tended by a 70 plus year old ephemera/philatelia dealer and there is this guy there going on and on about how Prince of Wales (Charles) stuff is going to be hot because he is going to be the next world leader who is going to put the bRITISH aRMY INTO iSRAEL AND CREATE (oops) a period of peace (ala Nostradumus/Bible) and that his crest "is the mark of the beast", that he is the "666", etc. etc.

Well they have had gun control in England for years so you liberals will have to re think this or jusy lie some more to cover up your idiotic nonsense.
A revolution worked here when British policies got to absurd. Long over due there.
