If you doubt the world is becoming a very dangerous place here is a fellow from New Zealand who builds small jet engines as a hobby and explains why it would be easy for an individual or small group to build their own cruise missile for $US 6k to 10K.

Funny you should mention that.

This guy builds little engines that are so loud they make you sick to run them even with hearing protectors on. How would you like him for a neighbor?
