The real work is in protecting these inner city plots. They will need a perimeter of razor wire and concrete tank reaps - minefields and bunkers.

And that is to keep out the Feds.

They'll need some SERIOUS protection to keep out the users.

Otherwise the plants will be harvested about the time there is enough green showing to roll a single joint.

I imagine a quarter-acre of pot in full bloom would be quite valuable. Hiring a few vagrants as security guards will probably be insufficient.

I'm surprised that our city hasn't latched onto this opportunity to make a profit selling drugs. The business will flourish as an increasing number of "patients" require a little dope.

But, inventory control will be a BIG problem caused by internal theft for personal use and resale.
