I like it. It is one of those grey areas that has been the subject of more and more controversy. From cybersquatting to Microsoft's proprietary browsers to downloading music and movies, there are many areas of possible copyright infringement. Good for him or her.

Great--I'm going to forward this to my attorney who is handling my case re Cindy Crawford and her girlfriends "attacking" my website and mark. Up his alley as an intellectual property lawyer, if he hasn't seen this already.
