Suddenly, as Election Day approaches, Bush finally turns his attention to the needs of the American People after only twenty-two months in office.
After several trips to Florida, where GW's brother Jeb Bush is running for re-election, it is little wonder why the President has chosen this time in his presidency to fight for lower perscription drug costs.
If the connection hasn't gotten through to you just yet, thnk of the age grouping of the majority of voters in the state of Florida. Most voters there are retired and old and spend heavily on perscription drugs each month. Any change that would benefit them in helping to alleviate the gigantic financial burden placed upon their sholders is likely to be seen at next months voting polls. Or so the President and his brother expect.
Before you get too cynical about Bush's "compassion", realize what will happen if the voters in Florida do not pull through for Jeb Bush. This "compassion" on the part of the Republicans, the GOP, and the President is merely a social experiment for them. In giving voters help, will voters return the favor? If they do, then paying more attention around election time to the American People's needs might well be in order. If not, then why bother with them at all?
So, as odd as this may sound, it is in the American People's Best Interests that Jeb Bush get re-eleced in Florida. If he doesn't, We the People may never hear from our elected officals ever again.

So, tell me, has this move to suddenly HELP the American people changed your mind about him? Does it strengthen your feelings towards him in any way, positively or negatively?

Nothing will ever change my mind about Bush. He's so deceptive. He's just tossing a few crumbs to try and win approval. His ratings are slipping.

Without Kathleen Harris, Without faulty voting methods, without having false felony lists from Texas and having already used up their Supreme Court favors, this is the only chance Brer Jeb got. However, regardless of the outcome of the election, the entire "offer" will be killed Nov. 6.

It kind of surprises me to hear a democrat bring up 'faulty' voting....seems there's been quite a few investigations going on lately about voter registrations that haven't been legal....tied to the democrats.

There she goes again.....
When did I suddenly become a Democrat?!?! You are only assuming again! You forget, I am the most dangerous type of American to both parties, I read and have independent thought. I, unlike others, do not need the Carvilles and Limbaughs to think for me.
It only takes a critter with a touch more brains than God gave a rock to see how the Republicans AND Democrats truly operate. Not just a DEMON-CRAT or a Reprehensible-Publican.
