The US government has spent millions of dollars towards training the Mexican Army soldiers who have so badly mangled this situation, under the leadership of two Presidents. Mexico's treatment of it's indigenous people makes ours look like benevolence in contrast. This article makes it appear that Americans are being singled out. They aren't . Non Indian people, be they Americans, Mexicans of european descent, or Meztizo Mexicans are all at risk in Chiapas.

No. Just concerned that Bush so freely speaks about using tactical nuclear weapons on Iraqi hardened bunkers, like as if its a Sunday Afternoon Picnic he's talking about. By his way of thinking, why NOT use them to solve every problem?
