Here we are, sending in troops now to start the War and 250,000 Cem/Bio Hazard fighting suits are defective.
Will Bush M-U-R-D-E-R our young men and women by knowingly sending them into harm's way unprepared and with a surity that they will die horribly and that Bush KNEW about it and sent them in to die anyway?

Most of that was old film an interviews. I looked on the site to see when the NEW interviews were done but couldn't find anything. I watched the program. I believe it's taken care of.

borillar, I was an infantryman from 88-94 and the chemical protective gear we had then was just fine. Unless Iraq manages to fire a massive Soviet Union-style chemical barrage, our troops will be ok. I expect that Iraq will fire sporadic chemical rounds here and there, but I doubt that it will be concentrated enough to cause serious casualties.
But we really need to get this war over with before the temperatures rise over there. It's almost impossible to fight in a chemical suit when it's 100 degrees.

Borillar,I believe they have all been given a large plastic bag and duct tape. Don't worry, they will be fine.
If any of you read other boards [that cannot be mentioned here] you would have read that the problem has not been corrected and some troops still have no protection.

I always enjoy these 'throw fear into their hearts' that their government is doing everything it can to get them killed. This time by chem. bio. weapons......which they then argue Saddam doesn't have, because HE says so. What a laugh.
