Yes, those doggone lucky Bush/War supporters! Not only do they get to prove to us just how REAL Patriots die, but are actually drawing straws to see who will take the first bullet! What am I referring to? I'm talking about how they have been called upon by a high Power, Patriotism, to go to Iraq to stand in front of our troops as Human Shields to prove how courageous that they are!
"Stupid Traitor Human Shields are acting like Cowards and protecting the Iraqi People as Human Shields. Well, we intend on proving just how brave WE are! You didn't think that we'd sit around at home and watch it all on CNN from the safety of our homes, didja?" said several Round Table Super-Patriots. "We're BETTER than you because WE'RE GONNA GET OUR AZZES SHOT OFF while you're still spitt'n on the flag."
In the meantime, the Round Table is expected to get very quiet as the War begins and we mourn for the loss of the Super Patriots who have given their lives to prove just how much braver that they are than other Human Shields protecting Iraqi Citizens.
When this poster was asked his opinion, I immediately said "OK" and applauded this show of Pure Bravery on the part of these Super Patriots. "I got tired of hearing them sit there in their armchairs and called others cowards. This will help to prove their point - whatever that may be."
Goodby Bear, Linda, Colin, Pandorasbox, ebayauctionguy, and all of the rest of the Super Patriots! We'll hold a candlelight vigil for you as your body bags pass back through the front lines!

LOL! Antiquary!
But Wait! We're about to get the testimonials from them about how they'd "sure go over there and fight if they could >SIGH!<" I say, there's NOTHING stopping you from becoming Human Shields for our troops that YOU want to place in Harm's Way! Heck, if you want to go do that for our country I'll even chip in the airfare ~ gratis!

deuce,
I'll second that motion. I think I'll go to the local polling place and change my party affillation. I'm a Republican now. I don't want to be associated in any way, shape or form with the Anti-American leftist.
Borillar, you forgot to leave a link to your raving.
Amen,
Reverend Colin

For those that didn't get a chance to read this. I'm reposting it on this thread.
Here's my favorite:
"The Exodus of the Brave Human Shields"
What? I might get hurt. Nobody told me that! I thought this was just another peace demonstration. Betsy Pisik, writing in the Washington Times, decribes the exodus of the human shields.

Borillar, so when are you and Helen and antiquary heading to Baghdad to protect your new best friend Saddam?
At least that story was true... and geezz did they ever scamper home when only 11, yes 11 showed up.
So much for fighting for what you really believe in. LOL

Borillar where is the link to this? Was this a thread here? Or in the news? -About the 'War supporters' being human shields?

Smuggly playing??? I'm not playing, and if you're calling me a Super Patriot I'm proud to be given that honor.
So according to what Borillar is saying...no one who supports this war against Iraq can do so UNLESS they're willing to be a human shield. Not the way it works here in the US Borillar. Remember those 'right's you're always referring to? They don't come with that condition attached.
