Islam, by definition, means "Submission" as in submission to Allah. Islamic radicals have perverted what could be universally viwed as a benevolent and respectable religion by spinning it to meet their hateful and selfish agendas.
In the Koran, when Mohammed beseeches Muslims to "kill the infidels" he means "godless ones", not members of organized religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, etc.
I'm not sure how that applies to atheists . . .
Anyway, the threats of terrorists, be they al-qaida sleepers or rogue nations such as Iraq will never conquer the resolve of the American People.
We got through World War Two, and I can promise you the Japanese beheaded their share of American POWs. Nazi Germany's would-be-Christians killed and tortured millions of innocent victims.
Inhumanity is it's own argument for intervention.
God Bless America and President Bush for meeting that challenge.

Just as the Koran can be turned around and used to fit someone's agenda, so can the Bible. In the wrong hands, something good can be turned around to justify something evil. It's too bad that the true meaning of the Koran has to be twisted around. It's a wonderfully holy book that preaches love and tolerance not hate.

Who could expect anything different from these leaders? These are the rules/laws/religion they live by. Uncivilized. They've long been known to be brutal people....savage-like in their administration of their 'justice'. I wouldn't expect them to act differently just because the victims are our soldiers vs their own people.
