I get a chuckle out of the way American marketers "invent" names. Everybody knows about the old chevy model, "no va" in spanish translates to "doesn't go".

"vendió" in spanish translates to "he sold"

lambs are popping out all over the place..the girls are here helping and I'm taking three days off work to get all the babies on their feet..then it will be shearing time...gotta go.

On the choosing of names...Yes, and not just marketers.


In California there is a city, built over a landfill, that was named Milpitas...which we were told in Italian means "stinky feet". Perfect
