If the UN worked together and showed resolve against Saddam Hussein, this war could've been avoided. The UN deserves absolutely no part of postwar Iraq. A US-style government should be installed and only US and UK and Iraqi companies should be allowed to rebuild Iraq.
And Iraq should pay the US and UK for the cost of this war.

Austy,
Who killed more Indians then John Wayne?
Union Carbide.
Before you get your chest puffed up, Check and see why the accident happened and who was at fault. Yes, It was an American owned company and It was running under the laws and conditions of India.

"Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both boldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar."

Halliburton and their cronies did not have to bid on a contract. It was "awarded" by the White House for their long and faithful service(campaign contributions).
Other contractors didn't have a chance.....
HAVEN'T YOU BEEN READING THE NEWS! This stuff is months OLD!
