For the second time in four years, a Florida doctor is facing charges he operated on the wrong leg of a patient. Dr. Imad Tarabishy is also one of the biggest contributors to Global Relief and Benevolence, a Muslim charity whose assets were frozen as it is under federal investigation for financing international terrorists including al-Qaida.
