I've been using this "live help" tool within my ebay auction(s) to help answer my potential customers and bidders questions. I've found this tool to be very use full for the last half hour to an hour of my auctions when my ad is getting the most exposure on ebay.

Right on, gravid. Like I want to enter my email address to view pages I know nothing about. I need more spam like I need an additional hole in my head. I also did not appreciate it closing my browser on me. Piece of advice folks - don't.
