Most of the popup stoppers I've seen don't work very consistently.Figuring that you probably use "Internet Exploder", have you ever thought about switching to another browser? There are several varieties of open-source browsers that feature built in pop-up protection, so you don't need to go adding some unknown program that may end up being spyware. I've been using Mozilla or variations of Mozilla for a long time, and I haven't seen a pop up in about 2
years. The drawback is that the open source browsers don't always work with some secure sites, like when you log in to your banking page. You might want to keep a copy of Exploder around for that. There are mozilla variations for every operating system.
