Hello,

A few months ago someone here mentioned a Web site which gave good advices concerning “trolls” in a newsgroup.

I unfortunately lost this site address and it would be quite useful for me because an unpleasant person disturbs everyone in a group which I attend.

Yes, as 12 says: Don't feed the troll! Are you or is anyone in your group giving this person amunition or a reason to keep disturbing all of you? Sometimes the solution is to simply turn on your ignore switch.

I asked others users not to respond to this person and the problem is almost over. It seems the only thing that trolls can’t handle is being ignored…

You have two choices. Ignore them or refute misinformation when they continue to post BS.
