Just my opinion but from watching her on the smart case, the peterson case and some on court tv it is easy to see why she isn't a prosecutor any more and has turned to commentator. Yes that would be one big vote for hate her. what about you?

I used to think she was a complete dork, tomyou. The drama and the theatrics behind every response she made, made me roll my eyes until they hurt. Then I saw her being interviewed by Larry King, and I started to understand why she is the way she is. Now, I like her, but the drama part is still a bit much sometimes.
One more thing tomyou, in all the years she was a Prosecutor, she never lost a case.

Few prosecutors lose cases, if they do they are invited to resign. The majority are plea bargained in order to expedite the system, these are considered to be "wins".

I guess the main thing that rubs me wrong about her is the overkill on drama and the willingness to drop the boot on someone. For example the Smart case, First it was the homeless guy that ended up checking himself in on the East coast for some kind of drug problem, she was so sure yep thats the guy then it was all Richard Ricci yep he is the one guilty as the day is long. well wrong on both counts then the same overkill on the peterson case, heck maybe he is guilty but gimmie a break already, she has him convicted without even a trial. I think dislike her as a commentator is a better view of mine. Hate is to strong a word, I try not to hate anyone. Anyways at least her and the new you guy on king give us some good banter to keep us entertained and that is after all their job And dave is right while its a comendable record , not to many loses for the prosecutors.
