Earlier tonight I went out for a couple of drinks.
I can’t help thinking that I may have had one of my drinks ‘spiked’.
I felt this because I had a profound experienced, a mindset which gave me to view the actions of America’s leadership in relation to Iraq in away that I have never thought to do so.
And so I stand here before you and proudly declare that tonight, Ich bin ein Amerikaner.
Few nations could boast leadership, which is willing to go forth and take such steps to liberate another nation’s people in the way which Dubya has.
A commitment which could easily extend to 10 years; while knowing too well the loss to his own brothers.
The cost to his own people WILL be high; the deaths and demoralisation of his brothers in arms, and the divisions caused within his own home land, while so defiantly in the face of pinkos, he is able to stand steadfast and take it in the chin.
Knowing too well that his brothers in arms will face physical suffering and anguish in guilt and even resentment or even death and yet so bravely. dare to bring it on.
Oh what a guy!!
The economic costs to his nation alone would cause a lesser man to crumble.
But does he hold back, hell no.
Does he keep back these most important funds for the selfish reason of assuring that America’s children ‘is learn’in’
Hell No!.
Does he spend more money on health care at home, hell no!.
Such is the anomic policy adopted by Dumya’s regime in the interest of liberating the people of Iraq.
What a guy!
Any lesser man would surely even stoop to bribes, But not Bush; he even cuts the wages of the military, as if to say that ‘this is above money’.
What a guy!
Is he concerned that a major oil producer may compete with america and perhaps even sell their product in Euros and perhaps lessen the dominance of the US$ in this market.
Hell no!
He’s even helping them get their oil flowing again, What a guy.
And so again I say thank you, thank you, thank you, for the physical, emotional and economic suffering ‘most’ Americans are undertaking, in the name of liberty.
What more can a nation’s people give as a benevolent gift to humanity?
It may be by the gracious hand of a just few men, but a whole nation can be thanked, as they no doubt will.
Tonight even Bear1949 & Colin and ebayauctionguy can stand tall and say, screw humanity, Ich bin ein Amerikaner.
