About 10 years ago, they came out with a doll called Gay Bob (like a Ken doll). He came with his own closet and tight fitting clothes. Now they've advanced to more realistic looking gay dolls - I found an auction for "Billy". What do you think about dolls like this?

Realistic? Maybe in to 70's & 80s. But I haven't seen a gay man looking like that in years outside of Halloween--and I go through West Hollywood all the time.
As for the concept--it's not meant for kids, but rather adults, and that's their business.

I don't even know if I'd call it correct, Bunni. Another seller described the dolls as having "unusually ample packages". I laughed my head off!!

Krafty - check out the Tattoo Carlos version ....
The different versions are actually kind of funny and politicaaly correct, there is a black version, hispanic, blond and brunette. New York style, San Fransisico style, cop, fireman and sailor, tattooed, vacaationing and master... did I miss the slave?
This guys collection is an interesting mix... there are also biblical action figures such as posable Jesus, Job and Adam and my personal favorite Porn star action figures.... hilarious!
