Last night, I heard Michael Jackson is in trouble again for child molestation or something similar (allegedly). Do you think he's being taken advantage of because of his wealth, or do you think he really might have a problem?

Arrest warrant issued for him/it.

Authorities in California issued an arrest warrant for Michael Jackson on multiple counts of child molestation and asked the pop superstar to turn in his passport and surrender, law enforcement officials said today. Bail would be set at $3 million, Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Anderson told a news conference.

Does he have a problem? I'd say he has numerous problems. Just IMHO.

Yes, he has a few problems. In that last documentary earlier this year he was pictured with a 12 yr old and he said the boy had slept in his bedroom.

He tried to make it sound innocent like this was normal behaviour but he's 45 years old! He says it's all about milk and cookies and playtime and he's a kid still too.

You would think after the last allegations and his pay-off that he would be more careful.

Either he is so twisted he thinks this is normal or he thinks because he is famous he can get away with it?

But then again I can see how unscrupulous parents would send their kids over there for a sleepover and then sue afterwards for damages.

After the first allegation, whether true or not, why did he continue to entertain kids in his bedroom with the knowledge of the parents, his staff, associates and friends? That's incredible!

Does anyone know where these kids come from? Does he also entertain female children?

I heard his "bedroom" is the size of a small house, with pinball machines and that kind fo stuff and that there are always staff around. That's what makes me wonder about the allegations.

Lots of people have been falsely accused of this...for example, child care employees are especially vulnerable to such allegations and that is why they like to work in teams with camera coverage. If Jackson loves kids so much, he should make other arrangements to interact with the kids in a public area.

Didn't he 'pay off' some family who made these same accusations before?

Sorry, not to put down anyones looks, but DAMN! when I saw him on the news (yesterday) I would think he would scare children, with the work he's had done to his face.

I thought he might live part time in France, wasn't that where they made the big deal on the news on dangling his new baby over the balcony? (not that I would condone hanging a baby over a balcony! )

Kids don't tend to judge people or the way they look. Maybe that's why he feels more comfortable around them. (??) I must admit also, that when I see pictures of him, he looks like he's painted his face white. Didn't he say he has some skin disease?

Because people are scared of pedophiles, could it be that he honestly just loves kids and has the means to share his stuff with them, with no ulterior motives?

kraft, I heard that he did have a skin problem. Thats not what I was talking about. I think its the nose job(s) chin and everything else he had done, that, to ME, he looks scary, OK scary is harsh. I thought he looked way better as the 'old' Michael Jackson, you know in the Jackson 5 and right after. I don't know, maybe people think he looks good now, just another of JMHO And maybe this skin disorder made it so he had to have things done. I just don't know. I should 'google' him, and see if I can find any real pics, NOT the ones people put up to make fun of him, as there are people that do that.

Sure, he could do all that he does because he genuinly loves children. (and he does have 2 of his own) But I guess he created whateverLand (forgot the name ) for children, of course. It looks like a mini Disneyland.

Michael probably does love kids because they aren't as cruel to him as adults are. But he still shouldn't make public comments that he allows them to sleep in his bed, even if he does say he sleeps on the floor in the same room.

He also denied having plastic surgery but faces don't just change like that on their own.

He used to be a good looking guy but now his eyes are haunted and sad.

This site shows how much his face has changed.

I found this, an interview

Jackson said the only surgery he had had on his face was two operations on his nose to help him breathe more easily so he could hit higher notes. He denied having any surgery done on his lips, cheeks, chin or eyes

And they did one of those composites, of what he would look like if he didn't have the 'alleged' surgeries... really no one knows, except him and some surgeon

What they think he would look like at age 44

What he does look like now

Aging like this naturally? by a disorder? who knows?

I agree, Near. He looks ghoulish. His plastic surgeon should get a life sentence!

Hi Kiara! But the fact that he DID say he slept in the same room as the boys kind of makes me wonder if he's a pedophile or just generous. I would think a real pedophile would do their best to keep that info a secret.

There is something wrong with a 45 year old man who continues to allow children to sleep in bed with him. It's not like a 2 year old crawling into bed with him because they got scared in the dark. These are older children. I don't know if he's molesting them or not but if he is I hope they hang him out to dry. I'm too much a lady to really say what I hope they do to him. It's bad enough I'm thinking it. He got away with it before because he's got the money to pay people off. As I understand it, the CA laws have changed and now this boy will have to testify. Maybe Michael's money won't do him any good anymore. The final straw with me was when he dangled the baby over a balcony. What a jackass.

Twelve - are you saying that you think he is innocent of sexual molestation?

Cheryl, I heard that the children sleep in Michael's bedroom but I didn't think they slept in the same bed. Is that true?

Yes, he stated that in interviews earlier this year.

Is there something wrong with him? Indubitably. He has serious issues.

Is he a child molester? Maybe. Though personally I doubt it. He's a guy who never really grew up himself--he seems to flee adult life and hide in childhood's world. Sexuality doesn't seem to enter into his relationships with these kids.

What has really impressed me over the past few days is how the media--even the extreme right media--have handled the story. They aren't immediately assuming Jackson is guilty, as so often happens in this country, despite the fact one is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. Quite refreshing.

He's being booked right now. Bail set at $3M. Garagos [sp?] is defending him. [Same lawyer defending Laci's husband, Scott].

I agree with bunni's take on him.....socially immature....etc.

These cases are always so hard to know what the truth is.

His friends have been defending him all day saying this is just another case of parents who were upset all the money he's given them was being taken away.

They say the timing stinks as it coinsides with his new album coming out.

They said Jackson helped pay all this child's medical care [for cancer], bought his Dad a couple of items - helped the family out in many different ways.

Supposedly they say the mother was living in a barn and Jackson has a big heart and was just helping the whole family out.

And yes, KD, he said he did on an ABC news program. His words.

I don't really know Michael Jackson well. How do you determine that he is socially immature?

Hi Kraft.

Yes, he has admitted that they sleep in his bed with him. I would think this a bit strange because men do get sexually aroused in their sleep at times so it may happen to Michael. Or with a boy that is approaching 13 years of age.

He certainly would have more than one bedroom in his house for houseguests so to have them in his own bedroom for the night is not normal behaviour.

Michael can be called eccentric but when children are involved this is a serious matter because he is an adult.

::His friends have been defending him all day saying this is just another case of parents who were upset all the money he's given them was being taken away. ::

The problem I have with this statement was that apparently the accusation came not from the parents but from the kid during a therapy session. Also the call from the prosecutors for parents of others to come forward and a comment made during the press conference regarding other known incidents os payoffs similar to the the 93 case case makes me believe that there is something more to this than greedy parents and false accusations. Guess we'll know more in 45 days when the info that lead to the search warrant is unsealed

I didn't realize he actually slept in the same bed with them. Thanks for clueing me in.

Hi Fenix! Where have you been hiding? I heard the search warrant was for photographs. (??)

I watched a few minutes of CNN and it was all video of his truck driving down the Las Vegas stretch. What was that about? Didn't that remind you of the O.J. thing?

Hey Krafty - I've been concentrating efforts on trying to become independently wealthy

I missed the car footage - that must have been a trip -I still remember watching TV with my old roommate debating the whole OJ thing when they broke in with the footage of that chase. I remember when they were saying he had a gun to his head, I kept thinking that he should just pull he trigger and put an end to the mess then.

That was his public cheering him as he made his way through the Las Vegas traffic. With this much name recognition I think he should run for office.
