I found this part regarding the blitz on show sponsors calling for them to pull their advertising especially interesting....

On 12-22 G.E. decided to return to the Paul Harvey Show as their sponsors. Because it heard from a "significant" number of listeners who protested the decision to punish PH.

How is this any different from the pressure applied to CBS to drop the Reagan tv-movie? Or O'Reilly's successfull campagn toget a fast food chain to drop a certain rapper's commercials?

bunni - Who said it WAS different? Not I.

I'm just thrilled that CAIR was shown to not have as much influence as they thought they did.
