I was just listening to an interesting radio interview.
The Interviewee basically pointed out that it seems that only the headnotes of the ruling, written by the court reporter (with close family ties to railroad companies at the time) and not the actual ruling have been incorrectly referred to by others since, in granting bill of rights freedoms etc.; eg. ‘freedom of speech’ via political contributions.

I can’t give you any more info, but I thought you the people, might have been interested to know that the 14th does not include corporations, and yet in political campaigning they have more ‘freedoms’ than you.

I suspect that when the real issue gets to your highest courts, lawyers will eat better than ever in human history.

Those on the right may not show concern, because corporations are more likely to back the political right.
