Tonight I went to a concert where my granddaughter attends grade school. At the end of the program we all sang "God Bless America"

Say the lyrics over and over. Remember where we live and that we are free. Peace comes with a high price. Liberals or conservatives we all have to join to keep our great nation one and not divided. Who every is elected President after all of the bikering, we have to bond together whether we like the candidate or not. We cannot divide our country or we will be doomed.

Libra - We cannot divide our country or we will be doomed. We did come together immediately following 9-11. I had hoped it would last...this 'we're all in this together' mindset. And I wish I could be as optomistic on this subject as you are, but I'm sorry to say I just don't see our country 'coming together' in our future. We are a country deeply divided on too many major issues.
I'm really glad your Granddaughter's school still allows the singing of God Bless America. It is a beautiful song.

davebraun how stupid--------Burn a picture of a person because they sang the song God Bless America. This is the problem with how people think. Is this liberal thinking? Act before you think.....maybe that is why the USA is in trouble. (I assume your liberal by your sig file).
People jumped on the Kerry bandwagon because he could outshout Edwards and Dean. It's to bad Edwards threw in the towel when he did because when all the crap fads away and you compare the two, Edwards would have been the better candidate. Are there 10 million jobs to be had in the USA? I certainly doubt it.

It's a good possibility that many of those "mass graves" are filled with war dead. During the war between Iran and Iraq, for example between 1980 and 1988, it's estimated that as many as a million people died.

It's called Freedom of Speech. Grow tired of what you want. It is a freedom you have along with every other person that posts here. Including both liberals and conservatives.

What color glasses do you wear or need I ask. So now you are an expert in reading others posts. Come on there is nobody that is an expert. What are the truths. I would be interested in your opinion and I am sure others would also.
