It seems like there's no process in place to handle these detainees. They can't hold them indefinately. They can't jail them without a trial, so it ends up being a place of limbo with nobody doing anything. It makes me wonder if they can't handle something like this on a small scale, then what's really happening in the bigger picture.

Should have released them 30 miles south of Gitmo & let them walk home from there.....
