I can definitely relate to #8. Just try driving to the mall around here on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Every moron on the face of the earth is out driving. You either get stuck behind the little old lady with blue hair in a vintage caddy going 15 in a 35 (It's great to take time to smell the flowers, but for crying out loud they'll be dead before she gets there), or passed by a car full of teenagers whooping it up going 60 in a 35 weaving in and out of traffic ("Get out of my way, I'm going shopping!). No where is there a cop in sight until you are going 5 mph over the speedlimit. Then they seem to be everywhere!
Yesterday, we were in the left lane and had to get over into the right. The SUV next to us was being very uncooperative. We'd speed up, she'd speed up. We'd slow down, she'd slow down. It was like she was judging the speed she should be going by how fast we were going.
