During a campaign tour of the Apache Nation Wednesday, Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said he had a plan to increase every Native American's income by $40,000 a year. Senator Kerry refused repeated requests for details of his plan. However, he also
told the Apaches that during his Senate career, he has voted YES 9,637 times....for every Indian issue ever introduced.

Before his departure, the Apache Tribe presented the Presidential candidate a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name, Walking Eagle.

After Kerry left, tribal officials explained that Walking Eagle is a bird so full of sh#t it can't fly.

Bizzy, don't ask for "proof" --there isn't any. This is just one more of the baseless fairy tales that sweep through right-wing blogs constantly. They all end up picking it up after a while.

As with others Bear has posted here, it is easily debunked just by taking the time to do a little google.

Linda so did I. I guess there is no humor down here. I think everyone needs to lighten up a bit and Bear started it out. Or maybe just maybe it is true

Libra -

I'm beginning to think those on the left don't have a sense of humor.

But I think it had many kerry characteristics in it...that it made it appear quite believable.

1) promises of better income to ALL

2) never giving the details on any of his plans

3) always bragging about his time in the Senate and that he served in VN.

4) always saying he voted for every issue that's important to the crowd he's speaking in front of.

LOL....and the last sentence....to me was what gave it away....Walking Eagle because....

Re-elect President Bush!!

You don't need proof for most of what you post bear, or is that just a rumor too?

That's too funny, stop! I just flashed on the WKRP show where they threw the turkeys out of the helicopter. "They're hitting the ground like bags of cement...," Les Nesman reporting.
