I always have to snicker when someone here says something like "the Demo's (sic) are getting fed up and are leaving their own party". Sure, there are Dems who'll vote for Bush, but there is a growing faction of loyal Republicans who are fed up with him. Here's a very interesting link to Republicans For Kerry, giving some pretty compelling reasons for jumping ship.

That's an excellent article Prof. I liked Gail's comment at the bottom that says she hates the fact she's a Republican.

Prof, thanks for posting that. Some very good comments by all that contributed to it and I enjoyed reading the reasons why they have changed their views and it's good to know what these people truly believe in.

This is so funny because linda is always wringing her hands, stomping her feet and trying to convince us that us that Clinton did it too! Maybe this Republican got her message. <grin>
“He acts more like Bill Clinton every day,” says one state GOP chairman. “How am I expected to rally our party to support someone like that?”

Gee, thanks for reinforcing why we have to stay the course. I am troubled by some of the ways he is emulating Clinton (lying, scamming, other accusations from the left), but the alternative is so much worse.
