His 1st mistake was stopping after the three got out of their car. He had a brush guard on the Dodge, should have used it.

2nd mistake, should have dropped all three of them right then and there if he didn;t want to scratch the bumber guard.

He never would have been charged with anything here in Texas.

I find it interesting that in the first paragraph he states that he "never owned any guns" yet says that he reached for his 9mm to protect himself...

I also find it interesting that no mention of any such trial can be found in the archives of the Salinas Californian newspaper...

A well written story, but a crock none the less....some wannabe tough guy trucker, the highways are full of menaces like these.

That is a retired cop, still working as a security consultant, bodyguard. Reread his bio Prof....

That "bio" doesn't mean squat. On the Net you can claim to be anything you want since you are anonymous. His story contradicts itself, and the trial he claims occured never got written up in the local paper. The whole thing is specious.
