Who ever wins the Presidentional Election (outright), At what time would they have their Concession Speech. Is this a standard time when the loser has lost outright!

Last Election the Demos waited till
January.
We'll see how long it takes the Demos this time with:
Kerry.

cmsspu, what a good question. I am guessing it will be sometime before Bush makes his concession speech when he loses this election. Bush always stands "STEADFAST" ON ALL HIS LOSING BATTLES
