Got any? Here's my Wild Rice Salad recipe:
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1/3 cup Craisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup thinly sliced dried apricots
1 whole green onion
1 cup of salted cashews
1/3 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of malt vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Bring about 8 cups of water to a boil and add the wild rice. Cook until it splits and starts to curl (about 45 minutes on a medium simmer). When done, drain & cool in the fridge. Mix the honey, vinegar and olive oil together in a cup. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the cooled rice and pour the liquid on the mixture & mix. Let set for at least an hour.

Last year someone posted a great recipe for cranberry Salsa. Had dried Cranberries, cinnamon, onions, pineapple and peppers (was it Paplano or Serrano?) If anyone still has it or the gods of the search engine can find it, I would love to get it again. It rocked! Went equally good with duck and beef and my friend is getting sick of hearing about this amazing salsa he has to try but that I never give him the recipe for.

Hey Kraft, I suggest that you try the spinach salad from your grocers salad section.

Hey!!! Thank God you're back, Fenix. The Prof hasn't been his usual self, which is your fault.
Hi Pi, is there like something wrong with the spinach? I've been eating it all summer then when I was vacuuming one day, my uterus fell out. I've been Googling ever since to find out if that's unusual.

Damn Krafty, you mean if I had just ate my spinach I could have had the hysterectomy i asked for when I was 18 AND done it organically? That's just not fair!!!
As for Prof... I'll see if i can whip him into shape again but I will be out again in Jan. since I will have such a short time to rehab our hero, I need some details about his unusual behavior so that I can focus my attentions. Can I.. er..um.. I mean do i need to ... spank him?

Well, can't blame you for that one, after all a day without Fenix is like a day without sunshine and after a couple months without my winning wit and personality a little grumpiness is understandable.
I will try to limit my long term absences in the future.
