I also find this incredible about the McCain camp:
Many singers and celebrities have witnessed their songs, videos, and likenesses, being used in the McCain promotions. To name a few, all of which have asked for him to stop using their songs and likeness, immediately. None of these were used with permission. If he can't follow rules...how will he run our country?
He used the likeness of Paris Hilton and Britney Spears in an ad about Obama. The Hilton family (who had supported him), were furious and Paris fired back with a "tongue in cheek" video, that was hilarious!
Heart is the latest to say that he used their song "Barracuda" without permission and to stop immediately.
Jackson Browne (a Democrat) is suing McCain and the GOP for using his song "Running on Empty".
Van Halen has asked them to stop using his song "Right Now".
John Cougar Mellencamp (a staunch Democrat) has asked them to stop using his song "Our Country". Hopefully he will sue.
ABBA has also been violated by the McCain camp by using the song "Take a Chance on Me" and has asked them to stop.
I guess McCain feels he can do whatever he wants and get by with it. I hope he is taught some valuable lessons.
