When you visit New Orleans, you must wear red shoes and white toeless stockings to accentuate those metallic blue toes!
Then you will find yourself "rocking out" and "turning on" the metal maniacs!

Or any color at all....The women in my life have all had short, unpainted finger and toenails. They don't have time for such nonsense. Raising kids and animals and running their own businesses tends to break nails, and when you spend your day in good stout pair of White's packer boots, painted nails are not necessary.

Only ladies of leisure and especially those who want to look like ladies of leisure have long painted fingernails. I've never been able or willing to engage in such conspicuous consumption or conspicuous leisure.
