I know I don't NEED to say this but don't forget to vote... and good luck to America and the world. We so need Barack Obama to win and lift this entire world into the light. I know that sounds "new age" but I do believe we need to change our sights. Lord "let it be"

I'm listening to the large headed McCain't right not on MSNBC. Talk about arrogant. I'm so sick of hearing him say "My friends. ." He's not my friend and he never will be. He wouldn't normally bother with anyone who is cheering him on. Joe Lieberman is an azz, too. He's standing right behind him. What a traitor that man turned out to be. I'm so glad he got nowhere in his bid for the presidency.
Cheryl
Whitman said she and McCain share a philosophy of scaling back the role of government. a point of view partly shaped by her EBay experience. "The EBay model is very Republican in its essence -- it's about making a small number of rules and getting out of the way while not overtaxing the community," she said.

I just watched a McCain rally in Colorado today on CNN. He looked stark raving mad - he sounded like that sound bite of Howard Dean (remember when he was screaming like a mad man?) from the 2004 primary campaign. I am afraid McCain will have a stroke today if he keeps screaming like that!

Thank the lord today is here...I just finished driving 60 miles round trip to vote. I didn't need to of course, could have early voted by mail, but I wanted to. Had a few good laughs with a bunch of my cronies who were ribbing me about my "¡OBAMANOS!" bumper sticker. Curiously, NONE of them sported McCain stickers on their trucks, their W stickers having faded or been removed, and a few of them were suspiciously silent during the ribbing, kinda lookin' down at their boots like...
hmmm...closet Obama voters?....

Probably didn't want the truck vandalized. LOL.

lol yourself squirrel. My state and especially my county is HUGELY republican. There were virtually NO dems to vote for on local offices and precious few statewide. We've had a few instances of vandalism against Obama posters, mostly just kids messing around I think. Generally, people in my neck of the woods act like grownups and respect each others' business and their personal privacy. In 2000 and 2004 2 out of every three vehicles on the road here had a big W sticker on the back. I don't know a single person here abouts that I do business or who is a neighbor who will admit to voting for Obama, yet there also are NO McCain stickers anywhere. Most of the Obama signs I see on cars are people who are traveling thru, not locals. Either my neighbors are voting for McCain and are ashamed to admit it, are voting for Obama and scared to admit it, or a lot of them stayed home. The ladies at the fire station where I vote said the turnout had been "so so, pretty good" at about 12:30 today when I voted.

My daughter (lives in Ohio) was driving on the highway and a car drove past - flipping her and her friend off. Her friend said "do you have an Obama sticker on your car?", "yes" was my daughter's reply. Seems many can't get past elementary school. So sad.

I had an experience today that really shocked me. A senior citizen, a woman, was looking into her p.o. box and said loudly, "It there are any Obama things in this box, I'm taking them home to wipe myself with."
She looked so respectable that it was doubly shocking to me. I looked at her and said, "Really?" She nodded.
It shouldn't shock me, but it did. It was an ugly thing to say.

Love that, McJane. I too hope for the paper cuts. Perhaps now she'll cut her wrists with the paper, given the election results.
