They are just now calling the Oregon Senate seat for Democrat Merkley - bringing Dem Senate count to 57. If Dems bring in Alaska, Minnesota and Georgia (which will have a vote-off - hope Obama hasn't sent his get-out-to-vote workers home), the Dems still have a filibuster-proof senate within spitting distance.
