Happy Birthday, Maui...
She isn't one of the most *demure* of dames,
she's the first to sign up for the racier games,
and she says she is shy, but it's hard to believe,
though she carries her heart on the edge of her sleeve.
She is one part of logic to three parts emotion,
her spirit is tossed like a fish in the ocean,
Her exits are legend when she gets annoyed
or thinks that someone with her mind has just toyed,
Then, the very next moment, she's waving goodbye -
manifestoing off with a moan and a sigh.
But a day or two later, she's back like the sun
when the rain goes away, bringing new brands of fun.
And if you are lonely or scared or feel sad,
she is there in a heartbeat to shoo off the bad,
refusing to rest til you're smiling once more,
and she won't leave your side 'til she's sure.
This most singular lady is now forty-eight?
Ridiculous, must have mistaken the date,
she couldn't be much more than twenty or so,
traversing the halls on her Harley, she'll go -
sarong-wrapped and memorable until the end -

OH! OH! OH! OMG! What a WONDERFUL surprise! Here I was, killing monsters and getting Soul Of Wolf and log on...and I find that WONDERFUL gif! I have goosebumps! And Sean too!!!! And, my pic with coconut boobs! And that WONDERFUL poem! LOL!!!! Goosebumps and big smiles and Im so touched and thrilled at the folks who wish me a happy birthday! Full day planned today! Going shopping, then tonight, hubby and friends are taking me to dinner to Applebees Woke up to lots of e-cards and its not raining...so far, a wonderful day! Thank you again for wishing me a happy day

Happy Birthday, Maui! Today is also my wedding anniversary AND my husband's birthday. And as I told him - I just want a small piece... OF CAKE! Actually, I'm celebrating alone because he has been in Tennessee for a month on bidness.
