Dear Winning Bidder,
I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am that you allowed me to entertain you over these last many weeks as you bid against other folks to win my auctions. I hope it pleased you when I notified you that I would wait until all the auctions you were bidding on had closed so that I could ship everything together and save you shipping charges. That message seemed to encourage you to bid on still more of my auctions! I realize what a sacrifice of time you must have made, monitoring and increasing your bids on these auctions. I also hope that my numerous e-mails to you requesting payment have added to your amusement.
I have only one favor to ask.... Please have someone notify me when your computor explodes so that I know that the first part of the curse worked.

DWB version 2.0
Dear Winning Bidder,
Thanks you for your quick response after the auction close, indicating that you were going to pay for your purchase by PayPal, and that you would like the item shipped right away. Thank you for informing me one week later that Hotmail had been down, thus slowing your PayPal transaction. Thank you too for not cluttering my e-mail with responses to my follow-up letter informing you that PayPal still has not received your payment, even though the auction has been over for three weeks.
