I just compared their rates on items over 10 pounds.....I'm shocked at how much cheaper FedEx is. Is their service worth a crap???
I know you sometimes"get what you pay for"..........

I don't ship through FedEx, but everything I have received that was delivered FedEx has been in perfect condition & arrived very quickly. It actually looks like they don't play football with the packages they are delivering!

I can't comment on FedEx but I refuse to use UPS. I've had a very bad experience with UPS and ever since I'd be willing to pay extra just to not use their service...

We recently had an ordered package at work go from Sioux Falls (120 miles away) to Albequerqe (sp) then to Mpls, then to Atlanta, then back to us here!!! Took six days for an item that would have arrived the next day via UPS OR USPS!!!
I don't trust em!!
