What about hospital negligence for understaffing? Or using untrained, uncertified personnel in speciality areas? The excuse is saving money. Piss poor excuse, IMHO. End of rant (for now)

And, since the HMOs have gobbled up the competition (city/county) hospitals in many areas, they are effectively gobbling up the government health care dollars in these areas. But, they do less of a percentage of charity care. Slick, no?

People were telling us give him a chance, and berated us for not trusting him. He's proving us right everyday. I'm more afraid now than when he was running.
