Hello,
I have a potential problem. I have a mobile home currently up for sale that is on a private rented lot (I pay lot rent). Anyway the land owner has told me that if I sell the mh to an african american he will make them move the trailer. So far I have had 1 call and seem very interested. My delimma is do I say anything about them possibly having to move it or let the land owner tell them after purchase. I don't care who buys the trailer, but the only thing is they will take up payments and if they were to buy it and then told to move it (which would run at least $1,000) then they might just decide to let it go back and I'd be stuck with it again. Again I don not care who I sell to just as long as I sell it, I just want to be rid of the trailer but not at someonelse's expense. What are your thoughts on how to handle this?

Sell it to a African American with the understnding that they will split the settlement with you from their suit.
I assume that would include my sister in law whose parents are from Wales England but she was born in South Africa. She be lilly white honey, but she's African American.
Or you could get back at him by selling to an African African!!
