You know, I hate to say it, but I don't believe that Prince Charming exists, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, or that the Democractic Party represents the will and good of the American people anymore. And if there is to be a Calvary charge with bugle calls forthcoming, it's going to have to be made up of a home-down, grass-roots citizen army to do it, because no one else on Capitol Hill is working in our best interests.

Why feel this way about the Democrats? Not because they got beaten - hell, they put themselves there! No, its because these horrific anti-Amercan legislation being passed in Congress isn't just the Republicans, it's also the Democrats showing off how much that they've been bought out as well.

What do I mean by that? Take a look for yourself! When the Republicans need enough votes to pass a $680,000,000 PAYOFF-HANDOUT to the Top 1% of wealthy Americans, they need only a certain number of Democrats to make it work. Notice, please, that a certain number of Democrats cross the asile to vote against the interests of Americans with the Republican majority, while the rest stand back and make hooting noises -- loud enough for the press to pick it up. And they've been doing this on a large number of issues and anti-America law-making recently. Their hope is that we'll all rally around the Democrats to kick out the Republicans, but it's the Wealthy and the Corporations that are laughing, because no matter WHO takes the Hill in 2002 and 2004, it won't be the interests of the American people!

No, like I keep saying: without a general uprising of the American population with the will to fight and die for our freedom as our ancestors did in the American Revolution are willing to pay the price then, we don't have a chance of getting our government back ever.

So, forget the Democrats -- they're kissing cousins to the Republicans. And Ross Perot went over to the other side as well -- and so did Ralph Nader!

because no one else on Capitol Hill is working in our best interests Sure seems that way a lot of times. They all have to 'pay back' the contributors who helped them get elected....they owe *them*.

its because these horrific anti-Amercan legislation being passed in Congress isn't just the Republicans, it's also the Democrats showing off how much that they've been bought out as well But since the two parties continue to pit us against one another, as they do so well, then this won't likely change. They each want us to believe they are acting in our best interests.

but it's the Wealthy and the Corporations that are laughing, because no matter WHO takes the Hill in 2002 and 2004, it won't be the interests of the American people Agreed!!!

without a general uprising of the American population with the will to fight and die for our freedom as our ancestors did in the American Revolution are willing to pay the price then, we don't have a chance of getting our government back ever Fight and die? Heck, what, almost 1/2 (?) of the eligible voters don't even bother to vote?

and the ones who do vote, don't count.
