If anyone is watching US Network Eco-challenge.....they still have the site up that followed and reported the race day by day in August/September. You can click on the race on a day by day report--so if you don't want to know the outcome and the winners you don't have to--just don't click on 'Standings'
You can spend hours on that site---click on 'teams' and you get profiles of any team you want and in-depth day to day reporting.
There is some great reporting on the site including one funny article about 2 members of a US team and 2 members of a UK team that banded together after losing team-mates because of injury and formed the unofficial team of USUK (you suck) that enabled them to finish the race (unranked)
