I have a bunch of heating venelation and air conditioning things I have to put up. These are copper tubing swagged at one end to solder on and with a brass fitting sweated on the other end. I am guessing it is to end a long roll of tubing to make a refrigerant line as there is a thin brass shim sealing it inside and an o ring.

But what would someone in the trade call them?

They are termination attachments for pre-charged A/C units. Measure the OD of the piping (not the swaged), the larger one is the suction, the smaller is the liquid.
These attach directly to the outdoor condensing unit. Try listing them as " HVAC termination connectors." Make sure you give the OD pipe size.

They usually come with the condensing unit.
