The last few days when I hit my back button I get this message:

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button.

This is a big problem when listing an auction as you better get it right the first time because there is no hitting my back button. If I do I get this message & then have to start all over again. It even happens on this message board when I hit the back button. This just started happening this last week, anyone know how to fix it?
And, can anyone tell me where the refresh button is? I have no idea. Should I get rid of Internet Explorer, if so, How do I do it & should I do it?

Dump your cache. Always helps me when I do that after getting those messages.

I see you are on AOL. Click MY AOL, then click preferences. Then click WWW, then click CLEAR TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES and after its done dumping them, click CLEAR HISTORY. Should be all set.

Thank's Hepburn. I'm glad you explained "Dump your cache" had no idea what that meant. I was going to say I was on AOL, thought it might be important, glad you checked.
I really appreciate your help.

There are occasions you will get that message even after "dumping your cache"...in that case, on AOL, the refresh button is actually the reload button just to the left of the keyword/URL box.

Hepburn So far it's working great, haven't seen that warning since I did what you said. Thank you again.

auctioneeHave no idea where the keyword URL box is. All I see next to keyword is search & go. I see no reload button.

OK Here is another aol user. You found Keyword, then search, then go. The next long gray box is your URL space where you write in the location of the place you want to go, next is a house and after that comes the arrow. TAH, TAH call the arrow "refresh" and you are home free. Click the arrow to see the most recent version of the page you are looking at. Editted to correct the worst typing I have ever done since High School days. UGH

Hi grumteach That was so funny, I had email on & read your post before you edited it. I had no idea what you were saying so I clicked on AW to ask you to clear up a few things in your post only to find it edited.

Funny how things come out sometimes. LOL

I've had AOL since November & never touched that round arrow, had no idea it was the "refesh" button. I'm always seeing the command hit your refresh button & never knew where it was. Thank you very much for explaining it to me and clearing up a big mystery.
