Jus read an article on ABC news wire that told of CA laid off tech workers who are living shelters.

One mentioned made $100 K last year and is in the shelter, as well as many others.

I would post the link, but the wire updates caused it to "disappear". But watch for the article on Monday as other news services pick it up.

Looks like things went down even faster than they went up. Some analysts are saying we are in a recession regardless of the official definition. Industrial production has fallen further than in 1983.

Wonder how it will effect eBay ? I'm waiting to hear about a Power Seller in a homeless shelter !!!

And good point reamond! Maybe eBay will give back to the zillions that have made them a success by building a "resting" community for the burnt-out. Of course, it would have to be about the size of Texas to accomodate everyone.....
