Damon - I am the only one of my family and friends who got the long "change in policy" email from PayPal. Why is that? The changes in the Personal account will affect all users.

I never got one--nor a reply from PPDamon in another thread when I asked why some are getting the email & not others.

Not me, nor did I get the x.com new $100 minimum email.
Hey I did get the x.com overdraft one about as fast as they deleted my credit. Nothing else. I use these companies all the time. Thanks to AW I'm keeping informed...

Common sense would tell TPB of any company that if they want *all* their users to know about something, they need to notify all the users! For online companies, this means sending out email to *all* registered users...
